About Vangeli de la Rosa Martinez

Vangeli moved to the United States in 2014 as a 13-year-old. Born in Dominican Republic she went to high school at Thomas R Proctor High school graduating in 2019 with NYS certified Seal of Biliteracy. She then attended Herkimer college as well as Buffalo State University and is currently continuing with her education as a college student majoring in Education. Vangeli is a very family oriented person and passionate about helping others.

Vangeli joined the Estate Planning Law Center team in October 2025 as a client services team member, Ready to ensure clients’ needs are being handled giving our clients support and peace of mind when trying to protect their wishes and legacy. Outside of work Vangeli enjoys spending time with her loved ones or having a good self-care day.
